For Belgium, the shipping cost is €4.50. For the rest of Europe, the cost is €6.00. But you should pay attention to our promotions, in which shipping is free above a certain purchase value.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?

If you wish to receive your order with different billing details than those associated with your account/order, you must do so before finalizing the purchase. How can I stop being a newsletter subscriber?

What care can I take with my jewelry?

Care for jewelry is essential to increase its durability. Therefore, pieces with a polished surface are naturally sensitive to scratches, as are pieces with stones. In case of damage, due to their peculiarity, the parts are sometimes difficult to replace.
Wear is not a production error. Each piece of jewelry must be handled and used following certain precautions to preserve its integrity over time.
We also advise not to wear the pieces while washing your hands, taking a shower, sleeping or playing sports, as well as avoiding wearing the pieces in the pool or on the beach. Contact with sea water and sand can damage the jewelry.
Keep jewelry away from perfumes, cosmetics, hair products such as hairspray and other chemical substances. Avoid applying exaggerated efforts to the parts as well as carrying out heavy work where the part is subject to scratches due to friction with other objects.
Sweat and skin pH can also influence the loss of color or darkening of the item.
Store the jewelry in a box or bag, like the ones we offer. Avoid storing parts in a damp place.
To keep the jewelry clean, you can gently use a silver cleaning cloth, without any type of chemical, to restore its shine and remove small stains. Chemical products should not be used to clean jewelry.

Why does the item look different from the image shown in the online store?

The images presented in the Afrodith online store represent the items as close as possible to the original. As many of the items have stones and handcrafted material, there may be some differences. It is important to bear in mind that the color of the jewelry may differ depending on the screen of your computer, cell phone or tablet.

Exchanges and returns:

How will the refund process be carried out?

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.

Can I return promotional items?

The return of items purchased in campaigns depends on the conditions of the campaign itself. If it is not possible to return promotional items, you will be informed.

How do I have confirmation that my return/exchange has been received?

The Afrodith team will send you an email confirming the arrival of the items and further process instructions.

Discount campaigns, promotions and offers:

General conditions

Purchases of campaign items (promotion, discount or offer) are valid upon presentation in the online store. All campaigns have a stock limit and conditions can be changed at Afrodith's free will. In the event of spelling errors, prices, stock or other data, Afrodith reserves the right to cancel the user's order. In the presence of an active discount, the introduction of another promotional code will not be combined.
Afrodith reserves the right to cancel all unpaid orders within 24 hours of registering the same order or upon stock/availability disruption.

Other Discounts, Offers and Promotional Campaigns

Campaigns or discount vouchers for purchases imply acceptance of Afrodith's commercial conditions. Offer values, delivered virtually via Voucher to be discounted in the online store, can only be discounted on purchases worth more than the value offered. In the case of vouchers with a percentage discount on purchases, this can only be discounted on purchases (total shopping cart) of a value equal to or greater than €50.
The discount voucher for subscribing to communications (newsletters) is valid within 15 days after issuance.
The first purchase voucher is valid within 30 days after issuance, with a 10% discount in the shopping cart. Purchases imply acceptance of Afrodith's commercial conditions.
